The Association of Corporate Counsel’s National Capital Region once again presents its annual year in review program, which will review significant developments over the past year affecting exempt organizations, including 501(c)(3)s, (c)(4)s, and (c)(6) organizations. The program will provide an update on developments on Capitol Hill and at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as well as at the state level that may affect exempt organizations’ operations in the coming year, including tax reform. 

Morgan Lewis will join presenters Mary Elizabeth Cisneros of the American Red Cross and Jesse Raben of the American Psychological Association, with Thomas Cluderay of Yellowstone Forever serving as moderator.
