We are  pleased to conclude our exciting four-part webinar series that has focused on patent prosecution and enforcement in several emerging and developing countries. With respect to patent prosecution, this series will finish by examining requirements for patentability, prosecution costs and timelines, foreign filing requirements and restrictions and marking and working requirements. Regarding patent enforcement, this series will conclude by providing an overview of infringement actions, mechanisms for challenging validity and bolar-type exemptions.
