Spend 30 minutes with Mike Harrington, Chair of our Labor and Employment Group, reviewing what should and should not be in an employee's personnel file.  

Mike will also review the Connecticut Personnel File Statute and its new requirements for employers.  In addition, Mike will review retention requirements of personnel documents, as well as best practices in preparing documentation regarding personnel actions.
