In this seminar, attorneys Carrie E. Byrnes and Jorge M. Leon will discuss recent developments and changes in the employee benefits field. Topics will include a series of lawsuits filed against retirement plan sponsors, changes to the IRS's plan document approval process, an Affordable Care Act status report, and an overview of deferred compensation regulations refinements.
