In 2013, the EEOC secured a record $372 million through its administrative enforcement procedures, including mediation and conciliation. This is the highest level of monetary relief ever obtained by the EEOC through the administrative enforcement process. The EEOC obtained an additional $40 million through litigation. In this breakfast briefing, we will discuss what to expect from the EEOC in 2014, how you can avoid being an EEOC target, and new developments in responding to the EEOC during the administrative enforcement process.
