David Waldron is a Solicitor Advocate and accredited mediator. He counsels clients involved in international commercial, oil, gas, energy, and antitrust disputes and leads the European eData group and the international arbitration group.

David’s international commercial disputes experience includes industrial projects; infrastructure projects; private equity, derivatives, supply agreements, sale agreements, and joint ventures; and fraud, investigations, and asset tracing.

He has managed cross-border disputes in jurisdictions such as Australia, Belgium, Germany, Jamaica, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine. In major offshore jurisdictions, he is familiar with managing litigation, asset tracing, and asset freezing. He also handles disputes in the High Court of England & Wales and in appeals. In addition, he is authorized to conduct proceedings at the Dubai International Financial Centre courts.
