Tim Wolfe represents employers in employment and labor law matters. Tim litigates and counsels numerous clients on issues related to compliance with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Older Worker Benefit Protection Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Illinois Human Rights Act. For example, Tim obtained defense verdicts on behalf of a number of clients, including an agricultural processing company accused of unlawful discrimination and retaliation in the Circuit Court for Macon County, Illinois; an industrial supply company accused of religious discrimination in U.S. District Court in Chicago; an insurance company accused of unlawful FMLA retaliation in U.S. District Court in New York; an insurer accused of age discrimination by a former employee in state court in Massachusetts; and, an agricultural products business accused of race and gender discrimination and retaliation in state court in Illinois.

Clients and other law firms have also hired Tim to conduct independent investigations regarding claims of discrimination or unlawful harassment in the workplace. In conjunction with these investigations, Tim has worked with clients and non-clients alike to help them ensure that they are in compliance with state and federal employment laws. Tim has also given speeches and seminars to corporate law departments, human resources organizations, client managers and has served as a guest lecturer at the University of Chicago on multiple employment law topics.
