Mississippi Gaming Commission Meeting Report April 2022

The Mississippi Gaming Commission held its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, April 28, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. at the Jackson office. Executive Director Jay McDaniel, Chairman Al Hopkins (virtually), and Commissioners Franc Lee and Tom Gresham all participated. The following matters were considered:

FINDINGS OF SUITABILITY

The Commission approved findings of suitability for the following persons or entities:

  • Amy Haverson Howe – Chief Executive Officer, FanDuel Group

  • Heather Ann Rollo – Chief Financial Officer, Interblock USA L.C.

  • Vincent Paul Schwartz, Sr. – Senior Vice President and General Manager, IP Casino Resort Spa

  • Mitzi Bond Russell – Senior Director of Finance, WaterView Casino

  • Sean Thomas Holmes – RIH Acquisitions MS II

OTHER APPROVALS

  • SG Gaming, Inc. and NYX Digital Gaming (USA) LLC

    • Pledges of Equity Interests or Securities

    • Imposition of Equity Restrictions including Negative Equity Pledges

  • End of Other Approvals

NEXT MEETING

The next regular meeting of the Mississippi Gaming Commission will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2022, at the Jackson offices of the Mississippi Gaming Commission, beginning at 9:00 a.m. The deadline for submission of agenda items for this meeting is April 30, 2022.
