Most of us live in a world with so much information coming at us at such a rapid rate that there are times when we just want to take a nap. And according to the Mayo Clinic, we should be doing just that.
Naps offer a variety of health benefits for adults, including increased alertness, improved mood, improved performance, better memory, less confusion, fewer accidents and mistakes. Some of the most productive people I know have perfected the power nap, 10 to 20 minutes of sleep that increases energy and alertness.
