Aaron Pohlmann focuses his practice in the areas of ERISA, employee benefits, employment, and life, health, and disability insurance litigation. Since completing a federal judicial clerkship, Aaron has represented employers, ERISA plan fiduciaries, third-party administrators, insurers, and managed healthcare entities in a wide variety of litigation. Aaron has extensive experience in Georgia federal and state courts, and regularly handles matters in Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia courts.

Aaron has held several leadership positions in the American Bar Association. He is a former Chair of the ABA TIPS Life Insurance Law Committee, is a Vice Chair of the ABA TIPS Employee Benefits Committee, and is former Editor-in-Chief of the ABA TIPS TortSource periodical. Aaron is a former Vice Chair of the ABA TIPS Health and Disability Committee, and the former website editor for the ABA TIPS Life Insurance Law Committee. He was a 2008 graduate of the ABA TIPS Leadership Academy.
