Adam Kleinfeld is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP, and a member of the firm’s Transactions Practice. Prior to joining Foley, Adam was a judicial intern for the United States District Court for the Southern District of California in San Diego, as well as a licensing intern for QUALCOMM Inc. where he prepared license agreements, and managed contract compliance.
