Adam Nelson is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of The Private Credit Group.

Adam concentrates his practice on representing asset managers, BDCs and other alternative direct credit funds on complex agented and club private credit transactions, including unitranches, first-in/last-out financings, second lien loans, subordinated term loans, secured and unsecured mezzanine and holdco loans. Adam also has experience in a range of direct lending transactions, including financings of platform and add-on acquisitions, dividend recapitalizations, refinancings and cross-border transactions across a acvariety of industries.
