Ailsa Chau is an associate in Cadwalader’s Global Litigation Group. She advises clients in a broad range of complex litigation matters, including corporate governance and shareholder activism issues.

Ailsa received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she served as an Executive Editor of the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review and completed an internship with the legal department of Coach, Inc.  Ailsa earned a Hon. B.A. in history and political science from the University of Toronto. 

Ailsa is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
