Ms. Haley is an associate in the Litigation Group and concentrates her practice in the area of patent litigation, particularly in front of the International Trade Commission, federal district courts, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

While attending law school, Ms. Haley served on the editorial board of the Virginia Tax Review. She also volunteered with UVA’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program, helping low income individuals file their taxes. Ms. Haley served as a research assistant to Professor Gil Siegal.
