Aishwarya is a lawyer and leader of the Corporate Transactions Practice Group at Nishith Desai Associates.

Aishwarya primarily focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions. She advises clients, including leading MNCs on a variety of complex cross-border M&A structures with a special focus on the manufacturing, logistics, IT, e-commerce, pharmaceutical, and fin-tech sectors.

She represents leading venture capital and private equity funds in their investments in companies at various stages of growth and has represented various companies in their fundraising process across industry sectors.

She also regularly advises clients on various areas of law panning from exchange control, corporate laws, real estate to employment.
