Alan Brozovich, ze/hir/hirs, is an Associate in the Denver office of Ogletree Deakins.

Alan’s practice focuses on business immigration and ze represents clients in a wide-range of immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters. Ze has experience working with multinational companies including Fortune 500 companies, and small, locally-based companies, and higher education. More specifically, hir work in nonimmigrant visas includes Business Clients, Chefs, Sommeliers, and Restaurant Staff, Designers and Digital Media Artists, Marketers and Advertisers, Film Artists and Media Directors, and Chemists and Scientists, among others. In employment based EB-1 and EB-2 visas, Alan’s experience includes Professors and Researchers at global universities, Engineers, and Renewable Energy Professionals, among others. Alan also works with L visas, specifically in the area of successor-in-interest filings for global mergers.

Alan’s experience as an immigration clinic student at the University of Denver lends itself to work with more complicated nonimmigrant and immigrant issues. Ze also works with the Denver office’s pro bono immigration team.
