Alexander Miachika is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s New York office.  He focuses his practice on general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and capital markets issues.

He received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, cum laude, in 2014 and concurrent Bachelor of Science degrees in finance and accounting, magna cum laude, from Arizona State University in 2009.

While in law school, Alexander was a competitor on the Dispute Resolution Society’s arbitration team and an associate editor of the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law.
