Amy G. Drais is an Associate in the Tax Department and a member of the Private Investment Funds Group, resident in the Boston office.
She focuses on U.S. corporate, partnership and international tax matters. Amy handles public and private offerings and financings, as well as cross-border mergers and acquisitions involving domestic and international clients. She also has experience analyzing the tax and economic issues associated with the formation of, and investments in, U.S. and non-U.S. investment funds.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Amy was an associate in the New York office of Shearman & Sterling LLP. Before attending law school, she worked in finance at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch.
