She has experience defending litigation in state and federal courts in California and Florida. Amy has represented clients before the EEOC, in actions before the division of administrative hearings for professional licensure as well as Florida's Neurological Injury Compensation Fund actions. Amy has argued before state courts of appeal in Florida and California and has achieved several successful appellate results for her clients.
