Amy McGeever focuses her practice on representing private and public employers in employment matters involving claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Additionally, Amy handles administrative charges filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Nevada Equal Rights Commission. Prior to joining Ogletree, Amy worked as an associate at a boutique employment litigation firm where she counseled clients in both Nevada and California.
