Ana Vermal is a partner in the Litigation Department. She is a member of the International Arbitration, Latin America and Private Equity & Hedge Fund Litigation Practice Groups.
An Argentine and Spanish national, Ana is qualified to practice in both New York and Paris. She is fluent in English, French, Spanish and German. Having lived in Germany, Spain, the United States and France, Ana brings a truly multicultural and multilingual skill set to her practice.
Ana's practice focuses on complex international arbitration and litigation proceedings involving joint ventures, acquisitions, construction projects, licensing agreements and distribution relationships, as well as a variety of other international commercial agreements.
