Andrew L. Hurst is a partner and litigation attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP. A main aspect of his practice concerns proactive litigation on behalf of companies. This work consists of helping corporations evaluate claims they may have not traditionally pursued and creating a litigation strategy to resolve those claims successfully in a manner which assists the bottom line. As part of this work, Mr. Hurst heads the firm’s Claims Recovery Initiative.
