Andrew Lee is an associate in our Orange County office, where he is a member of the Land Use Practice Group. Whether it involves due diligence, acquisition of entitlements, or litigation, Andrew enjoys the opportunity to work closely with clients to develop creative and tailored solutions to their land use and eminent domain needs.
Andrew's entitlement and counseling experiences include providing land use risk analysis in support of high-dollar commercial, big-box-logistics-warehousing, and mixed-use projects. Assisting clients in obtaining project approvals and environmental clearance, Andrew has helped clients in navigating city and county general plan and zoning requirements as well as in finding the most efficient path towards compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA"). His work includes advising on how to minimize or avoid the imposition of development fees and dedications that have no project nexus.
