He also focuses his practice on the intersection between clients and the Executive Branch. Andy has represented a variety of energy companies and trade associations in wide-ranging energy legislative efforts in the last 25 years. Andy has been at the heart of numerous complex and innovative legislative efforts serving as the chief legislative strategist to a major tobacco company, a major cyber security company and a variety of Federal Government Contractors. He has forged coalitions of over 200 companies and created an independent path for companies seeking an innovative solution.
