Angela NeSmith represents lenders, sponsors, developers and investment funds in connection with the finance and development of projects across the energy and infrastructure spectrum, including the thermal power generation, renewables, petrochemical, and oil and gas sectors. She has advised on US and cross-border transactions, including project financings, project development arrangements, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Bracewell, Angela worked at an international law firm in London.
