Ann's practice* is focused on employee benefits and executive compensation matters. Ann has advised clients on defined contribution and defined benefit plans, Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor correction procedures and filings, and compliance under ADA, HIPAA, GINA, and COBRA, as well as matters relating to executive compensation and related arrangements.
