Anthony Cataldo is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Intellectual Property Group. Tony handles patent litigation for clients in a broad variety of fields including computer software and hardware, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. He also has experience in trademark litigation in federal courts and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and has assisted clients in trademark policing and managing global trademark prosecutions.
