Arthur Yu is an associate in the Real Estate, Land Use and Environmental Practice Group in the firm's San Diego office.

Mr. Yu's practice focuses on all aspects of commercial and residential real estate projects, including real property acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing and broker compliance. He also advises clients on fair housing law.

In addition to his real estate practice, Mr. Yu assists clients with corporate formation and exit strategies, internal investigations, and various tax matters.
