Ben has a broad range of experience in general commercial litigation and, having spent a significant amount of time on secondment to a number of large banks, has developed an in-depth knowledge of banking litigation and a commercial approach to dispute resolution.

Ben is experienced in acting for individuals and companies, from SMEs to PLCs, and has experience in advising on a wide-range of matters of both a contractual and tortious nature including breach of contract, breach of warranty, misrepresentation, debt recovery and professional negligence. Ben has particular expertise in banking litigation and cross-border contractual disputes.
