Bianca A. Valencia is an Associate in the Orange County, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including pre-litigation and litigation claims, as well as preventative advice and counseling. 

After her first year of law school, Ms. Valencia completed an externship with the Honorable Terry J. Hatter Jr., former Chief Judge and current Senior U.S. District Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. During her second and third years of law school, Ms. Valencia was a Staff Editor for the University of California, Irvine Law Review. She also received an achievement award for her pro bono work with the Legal Aid Society of Orange County and the Public Law Center. 

As an undergraduate student, Ms. Valencia received an athletic scholarship for the George Washington University’s Division I Women’s Swimming Team. She was also inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society.
