In addition to his incident response practice, Brad assists businesses with risk mitigation against potential cyber events by formulating company and industry-specific policies and procedures and incident response plans, and he counsels clients in compliance with federal, state, and international privacy and security laws. Brad also has extensive litigation experience with defending healthcare providers and litigating various types of commercial disputes.
