Carly E. Howard

Carly Howard primarily advises on matters involving cryptocurrency (token) law, regulation, and compliance across a range of areas, including banking, international business transactions, and digital privacy. This includes a particular focus on cross-border issues, worldwide regulation, and legal operations for blockchain technology and cryptocurrency, decentralized finance (DeFi), centralized finance (CeFi), and financial technology (FinTech). As of counsel in the firm’s Miami office and a member of the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice, she specializes in digital assets for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and investment funds, including technology-focused investors and entities.
