Charles D. Lange assists clients in a variety of general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities, and corporate finance.
While in law school, Charles served as an intern and extern for the Chambers of the Honorable Renee Marie Bumb of the U.S. District Court of New Jersey and was a Teaching Assistant for the Mock Trial team.
