Charles P. Groppe’s practice focuses on collectively bargained employee benefits plans. He advises employers who contribute to multiemployer pension and welfare plans on withdrawal liability, the Pension Protection Act of 2006, and the Affordable Care Act, as well as on US federal and state statutes as they apply to employee benefits plans and collective bargaining agreements. He has handled numerous multiemployer plan trustee deadlocks over the administration of such plans.
