Charley E. Lozada is an Associate in the Technology, Media & Communications Group and Privacy & Data Security Groups, resident in the New York office. Charley’s practice focuses on intellectual property and technology, data privacy, e-commerce and media-related matters across a broad variety of industries including communications, entertainment, sports, banking and financial services, retail, professional services and advertising. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional, as recognized by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
Charley also handles an array of pro bono matters, providing general corporate assistance to a number of not-for-profit organizations. She represents clients in association with Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, an organization that delivers legal services and information to individual artists, arts professionals and cultural institutions.
