Charlotte Stynen is an associate at the firm’s Brussels office. She is a member of the corporate/M&A practice group.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Stynen served as an attorney for another law firm and as a senior legal consultant at a multinational professional services network.

She gained experience in corporate and commercial litigation; company incorporations; shareholders agreements; corporate compliance and both domestic and cross-border corporate restructuring (mergers, demergers, liquidations and share transfers). She has equally advised and drafted legal documents and contracts in various sectors.
