Christian counsels clients in a wide range of intellectual property matters with an emphasis in electrical engineering and patent prosecution. Working with seasoned Polsinelli attorneys, Christian handles the complex issues facing technology, bioscience, life sciences and a variety of other high-tech industries.
Christian has experience preparing and filing patent prosecution documents and applications by drafting amendments, conducting examiner interviews, and seeking appeals for rejections and other objections. He provides oversight and analysis for prosecution instructions and application writing. Having collaborated extensively with other cross-functional departments, Christian regularly conducts due diligence reviews, clearance searches and patentability searches to develop strategic solutions to help protect clients’ innovations.
