With more than 20 years of experience handling insurance coverage matters, Chris has litigated and favorably resolved a wide variety of disputes involving many different types of insurance, including general liability, first-party property, director and officers liability, professional errors and omissions, employee dishonesty and claims under financial institution bonds. He has represented clients in coverage disputes litigated in state and federal courts across the country.
In addition to his litigation experience, Chris works to resolve coverage disputes outside of the litigation process through negotiation, mediation and arbitration. He also counsels clients on a variety of non-litigated insurance issues that arise in the course of doing business, including analyzing potential new policies to ensure the best possible coverage.
