Chris Flowers is an attorney in the Litigation Practice Group and an active member of the firm's Distribution, Franchise & Dealership Litigation practice.
Chris concentrates his business litigation practice on distribution- and franchise-related litigation, including advising a wide array of manufacturing and distributor clients in connection with multi-state dealership terminations and compliance with the Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law, and similar state dealer-protection laws and regulations. Chris has significant experience analyzing, drafting and negotiating dealer, distributor and franchise agreements.
In addition to his dealership practice, Chris represents a broad range of clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including business-to-business contract disputes, real estate-focused litigation and trust and fiduciary litigation.
Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Chris worked as a legislative aide in the New York State Senate and the New York State Assembly.
