Chris is a partner in the firm's Intellectual Property practice group who assists large companies secure and protect intellectual property rights. With an emphasis in chemical, biomedical, and biological patent preparation and prosecution, Chris counsels clients on freedom-to-operate issues, patent infringement issues, patentability and other due diligence issues. He also prepares non-infringement and invalidity opinions. Chris is actively involed in working with clients in numerous post grant review matters, including a number of Inter Partes Reviews.
