Mr. Walker is an associate in the firm’s Charlotte office. He focuses his practice on environmental and regulatory matters, including environmental remediation, enforcement defense, chemical regulation, solid and hazardous waste, environmental permitting, aboveground and underground storage tanks, and brownfields redevelopment. He also advises clients on environmental due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and works closely with the firm’s real estate, land use and zoning, corporate, and litigation practices.
