Claire is an Associate in the Corporate/Securities section of the firm’s Dallas office. Claire has a broad corporate/securities practice with a focus on private M&A transactions (representing both buyers and sellers). Additionally, Claire assists clients with corporate governance and other general corporate matters and has advised clients in a variety of industries, including the health care and technology sectors.
Claire successfully completed the Fullbridge Program in September 2015.
