Courtney E. Schoneberger is an Associate in the Chicago office of Vedder Price, where she is a member of the firm’s acclaimed Global Transportation Finance team.

Ms. Schoneberger focuses her practice on counseling lenders, borrowers, lessors, lessees, equity participants and other financiers in a range of transactions related to transportation and equipment finance

While in law school, Ms. Schonebereger served as Articles Editor for the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal and was the CALI Award recipient in Legal Writing I, Secured Transactions and the Business Law Clinic. Ms. Schoneberger also graduated with a Certificate in Transactional Law.
