Craig P. Thompson is an Associate in Bilzin Sumberg's Real Estate Group.

Craig focuses his practice in representing investors, developers and lenders in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing and development of commercial real estate. His experience also includes counseling entrepreneurs in matters concerning technology and internet development and a wide array of corporate transactions, including securities, finance, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, investment management and venture capital.

Craig holds a J.D. and Undergraduate degree from the University of Florida. While attending law school, Craig was a legal extern at the University of Florida Office of the General Counsel, Office of the State Attorney, 8th Judicial Circuit, served as President of Florida Blue Key, was a member of the Title IX Committee for Intercollegiate Athletics and was inducted into the University of Florida Hall of Fame.
