Cynthia Thomas is an Associate at ArentFox Schiff's New York office. 

Cindy advises on the purchase, sale, and financing of real estate in various sectors, including health care, multifamily, senior living, hotel and industrial. Cindy represents both borrowers and lenders on a variety of complex lending transactions, including mortgage, asset-backed and unsecured loans, and refinancings with a focus on health care transactional matters. Cindy also assists clients in negotiating and drafting a wide array of purchase and sale transactions, including advising on the structure, diligence, negotiation of the terms, and closing of such transactions.

Cindy’s clients include commercial banks, lenders, PE funds, nursing home owners and operators, and other health care entities as well as privately held companies in a variety of industries.
