Ms. Gleicher has dedicated her practice to employment law from the beginning of her career. She has worked in private practice and as in-house employment counsel for a large government entity, as well as private corporations.
She provides advice and counsel to clients on a multitude of employment law issues, including recruiting, hiring, compensation and benefits, wage and hour, HR practices, performance management, terminations, and labor relations. She is a strategic and pragmatic partner who works directly with clients to build and implement scalable, compliant employment policies and programs that balance legal risk with business impact.
Ms. Gleicher has conducted hundreds of independent and impartial workplace investigations, including EEO-related matters (e.g., harassment, discrimination, and retaliation), whistleblower allegations, and various other work-related policy violations (e.g., internal policies mirroring anti-corruption statutes, discipline-related issues, leave-related issues, workplace violence, and failure to follow established safety procedures). She also has performed wage and hour audits as well as 360-degree performance evaluations. Working for both government agencies and private corporations of all sizes, Ms. Gleicher enjoys acting as an independent investigator or auditor, providing findings that are fully supported by documentary and testimonial evidence, credibility determinations, and policy-based analysis.
Ms. Gleicher is an experienced and dynamic trainer who designs and conducts employment-related trainings, including leave management and accommodations, harassment prevention, drafting and sustaining disciplinary actions, and conducting workplace investigations. She has trained HR professionals, managers, and executives one-on-one.
