Daniel Doron is a partner in Katten’s Corporate group. He concentrates his practice on employment law. In this regard, he represents clients in connection with labor and employment-related aspects of M&A transactions on both buy- and sell-side.
Dan regularly counsels clients on compliance with, and best practices for, the panoply of federal and state employment statutes. This includes assisting clients in formulating legally compliant employment policies, counseling clients through challenging personnel decisions, and advising clients in implementing and executing policies and decisions in a defensible manner that helps minimize or mitigate risks. He drafts and negotiates employment agreements and separation agreements for both individual executives and for company-wide application. He also advises clients on, and assists clients in, managing reductions in force.
