Dana G. Weisbrod is a Principal in the New York City, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She has significant experience handling cases involving retaliation, discrimination, harassment, and FLSA claims.
Ms. Weisbrod advises management in employment related disputes, drafts and reviews employment policies and employment agreements, and litigates employment cases in state and federal court, and before administrative agencies.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Ms. Weisbrod spent two years practicing employment law in Atlanta, Georgia. During law school, Ms. Weisbrod was a semi-finalist in the Jerome Prince Moot Court Evidence Competition, a national competition hosted by Brooklyn Law School, and she completed an internship at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
