Daniel J. Blanchard focuses his practice on securities regulations, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital transactions. Daniel represents clients in a wide variety of industries, including financial services, banking, retail, health care, wine and spirits, and technology.

Prior to joining the firm, Daniel served as the sole in-house counsel for a publicly traded health care company where he oversaw all legal issues, including securities law compliance, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, government relations, HIPAA compliance, employment matters and litigation settlement negotiations. Prior to going in-house, he practiced as a corporate attorney at the Boston office of an international law firm, concentrating on securities regulations, financial services regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital financings.
