Daniel W. Hendrick is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Capital Markets Group. Dan’s principal focus is on the representation of financial institutions in syndicated lending and capital markets transactions, including sponsor-led leveraged buy outs.
Dan has represented various underwriters, arrangers, lenders, initial purchasers and dealer managers, including Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Citi, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, GE Capital, Goldman Sachs, GSO Capital Partners, Jefferies, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, SunTrust and Wells Fargo.
